Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned). This is a safety sensitive position*

Work with Acme production coordinators on product inquiries.
Place purchase orders for tile, wood, stone and other masonry products with various manufacturers and vendors.
Serves as a back up to other CSRs.
Receive tile, wood, stone and other masonry materials into inventory through the operating system.
As needed, assist warehouse and other associates with sample orders and verifying material from vendors.
Order entry of sales orders and sales transfers.

REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
6 months of customerservice experience preferred

Excellent telephone skills
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine

Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Excellence Expert (ME), as ME Category Support, ensures the development of Factory ME Manager, Production Manager and other key FLT roles in leveraging TPM/Autonomy and Industrial Performance (IP) methodologies to improve results in a continuous and sustainable manner. Job Summary The Service Dispatcher coordinates the flow of repair orders between serviceadvisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of all service work. This role requires strong organizational skills, a good understanding of vehicle repair processes, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. The Service Dispatcher serves as a key link between customers, serviceadvisors, and technicians to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, workload, and job priority, as well as handle internal repair orders.
Monitor the progress of repair orders throughout the day to ensure on-time completion.
Communicate with serviceadvisors regarding job status, delays, or additional repairs needed.
Maintain an even workflow and ensure that technicians are consistently and efficiently utilized.
Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy before closing.
Coordinate with parts and warranty departments to minimize downtime due to parts availability or approvals.
Track technician productivity and efficiency, reporting any issues to the Service Manager.
Help maintain accurate dispatch records and service logs in the DMS (Dealer Management System).
Assist in scheduling appointments or managing customerservice capacity as needed.
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment between service, parts, and sales departments.
