Never at home. Always working. Corporate guys make policies for the business that were relevant 10 years ago. They try to run auto recycling like it's a cookie cutter business but it's not. At all. It's frustrating.
Health insurance (used to be so much better but it's still pretty good). They pay for most of the premium. That's why I stay.
