The Stage Management Interns will assist the AGMA Stage Management teams with:
Pre-production paperwork, rehearsal planning, and room set-up;
Running studio rehearsals, onstage technical rehearsals, and performances;
Updating running lists and cue sheets for rehearsal and performances;
Tracking sign-in sheets for chorus and supers;
Distributing necessary paperwork to production staff and department heads;
Providing general clerical work for stage management department;
Organizing and maintaining stage and rehearsal supplies;
Running errands for the Stage Management department;
Assisting the Rehearsal Department as needed;
Possibility of participating in seasonal intern-led event pending final season programming;
Other duties as assigned.

Hours & Compensation
Interns are paid at a rate of $11 per hour and are eligible for overtime.
Production internship hours vary, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and occasional evening/weekend hours.

Brand Partnerships - Connect with brands to build collaborations that amplify artist campaigns. Teams also create pitch decks that showcase innovative partnership concepts and drive impactful campaigns.
Graphic Design - Craft visual assets for the label and artists, including album visuals, playlist graphics, social media content, label websites, and create digital tools.
Video Production - Bring artist stories to life through dynamic video content, including music videos and digital content.
Marketing - Contribute to marketing strategies, promoting artists and their music, managing social media, and more.
Content & Creative - Design and produce a wide variety of compelling visual content to support artist's campaigns. This includes creating social media content.
SOME RESPONSIBILITES MAY INCLUDE:
Assist with the design and/or development of multiple projects from artist full site design mockups, promotional web pages, social content, design using third party APIs (Spotify, Apple Music, FB, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and digital ad units
Opportunity to design & create Lenses/Camera Effects for Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
Assist with manipulating client provided artwork to integrate into designs, retouching when necessary
Utilize Video/Motion Graphics to create dynamic social content
Assist with creating Augmented Reality (AR) filters using SparkAR & Snap LensStudio
Conduct research for various projects as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Gain experience as a member of a professional in-house creative team at a nonprofit arts organization! Help build the institutional image library at Wolf Trap by capturing, editing, and archiving photographs of onsite events and activities.
Contribute to the Wolf Trap image library by documenting member and patron experiences using photography
Capture performance photography on various stages
Study library of Filene Center venue/patron/audience images, and recommend procedure for capturing these moments in a fresh way
Facilitate cross-departmental communications by assisting others in accessing photo assets
REQUIREMENTS:
Talented photography students with enthusiasm for the performing arts
Access to basic still camera equipment, including a 35 mm digital camera; knowledge of and experience working with a variety of lenses, tripods, flashes, filters, and light kits preferred
