**Responsibilities:**

In the absence of a full-time administrative/clerical employee, the Kelly Education substitute administrative/clerical employee provides general secretarial, clerical, and office duties under the direction and supervision of the school district's full-time professional staff.

+ Organize and maintain an efficient, effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents.

+ Perform various secretarial and clerical tasks, such as typing letters and reports, maintaining filing systems, and answering phones.

+ Assist with visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, as directed by the school district personnel.

+ Report any school building or grounds safety concerns, or faulty equipment, to school district personnel.

+ Report all personal injury or school property theft to Kelly supervisor and school district personnel immediately.

+ Dress in a safe and appropriate manner as described in the Kelly Education Standards of Professional Conduct.

JOB PURPOSE:Manages the school's short-range and long-range enrollment objectives in assigned markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborates with Marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies designed to build awareness and boost enrollment through social media. Deploy email campaigns to support on-going communication to prospective families.
* Manages and administers registration, recommitment, withdrawals and associated data request for all students in the enrollment system.
