The Slipaway shuttle driver provides transportation for guests and employees, ensuring timely and safe arrivals and departures along a set route or on-demand. In addition to driving, this position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to act as a Slipaway ambassador, answering guest questions and providing a positive first and last impression. A Slipaway shuttle driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting guests between Slipaway properties, remote parking lot and other designated destinations. As a highly visible member of the guest services staff, the driver provides excellent customer service, assists guests, and maintains the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
