Girard USD 248 is accepting applications for both substitute and full-time school bus drivers. Currently, we do not have an opening for a full-time bus driver. However, we do need applicants to fill in as substitutes during the morning and afternoon bus routes as well as drivers for extra-curricular and day field trips.

Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Worker School Bus Driver Position Function: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Transportation, transporting personel while maintaining discipline and adhering to district policies. General Responsibilities: Maintain student discipline Adhere to district policies at all times. Keep abreast of new information, innovative ideas, and techniques.
