JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine cleaning on both interior and exterior to ensure safety, appearance, and sanitation of the vehicle.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (e.g. gauge levels, exterior condition, etc.) to meet safety operation standards.
Prepare written and verbal reports within requested deadlines. (e.g. field trip reports, incident reports, inspection records, passenger misconduct, mileage logs, student counts, routing information, etc.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
No experience needed but strongly recommended. Previous shuttle bus experience desired.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a current Missouri Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
Class B CDL license for vehicles that transport 15 or more including the driver with S (School Bus) endorsement.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass a pre-employment background check. (DOT physical exam, drug test, and criminal justice fingerprint/background clearance)
Pay applicable fees for a new license and the required fees for the written and/or skills test.

Responsibility Profile:
* Transport clients to and from destinations.
* Arrive at destinations on schedule.
* Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
* Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
* Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
* Always interact with clients professionally.
* Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
* Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
* Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Sign-on Bonus eligibility: To qualify for the sign-on bonus, employees must work both AM and PM routes, remain in good standing, and meet all route requirements. Good standing is defined as consistently meeting job expectations, following company policies, and not having significant disciplinary issues.
Bonus Payment: The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments:
o 50% after 60 days on route.
o 50% after 120 days on route.
