The Van/ Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting hotels guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle in a timely and courteous manner. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate hotel shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from Kansas City Airport and nearby destinations - Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel amenities and local area - Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of shuttle vehicles - Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure passenger safety - Keep accurate records of shuttle schedules and vehicle maintenance needs - Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests - Assist with other hotel duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Prior experience driving shuttle or passenger vehicles preferred - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Good physical condition to assist with luggage and long periods of driving - Knowledge of local area and airport procedures is a plus At Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport, we value our team members and are committed to fostering a positive work environment. The pay range for this job begins at $17.14/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
