Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required. Participate in state required ongoing trainings, drug screenings, and licensure. Provide occasional transportation for field trips or special events outside regular hours. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be an active member of a Christian church. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements. Clean driving record and background check. Experience in driving school buses or similar vehicles. Strong understanding of local traffic laws and the physical layout of the area. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Commitment to providing a safe, caring environment for children. Ability to work after-school hours and occasional weekends for special events.
