Davidson Academy is an Infant-12th grade Christian private school located in Nashville, TN. Serving a diverse student population from Davidson County and the surrounding counties, we believe in the Biblical-based instruction of preparing our students for college, life, and eternity. All Davidson Academy personnel must adhere to our statements of faith.
This position is part-time driving routes Monday to Friday.

Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities while adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is safe and operational.

Monitor student behavior on the bus to ensure compliance with school policies and safety guidelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to board and exit the bus and assist students boarding and exiting the bus.
Must be able to work with children and encourage positive behavior.
Must be able to work mornings and afternoons during the weekday.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with coworkers, the general public, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
Maintain a clean bus and report any necessary repairs needed.

Being able to utilize technology required for the role.
