We're looking for a versatile, mid-level Video Shooter & Editor to join our in-house production team within EF's Creative and Marketing department. Our team develops, executes, and delivers all video and photography assets for EF Educational Tours and EF Explore America - including paid media campaigns, social content, web and recruitment materials, brand storytelling, and internal communications.
As a key member of our small but highly skilled in-house team, you'll collaborate with creative directors, producers, and marketers to concept, capture, and craft stories that showcase the transformational impact of educational travel. You'll help shape EF's visual storytelling across global productions, both domestic and international.

We're a small, multi-disciplined, core team of 3. Producing high-fidelity content using a nimble production model is our wheelhouse, though we are fully scalable. We collaborate directly with designers, art, directors, writers, creative directors, our social media and marketing teams. We work side by side, developing, executing, editing, and delivering content across multiple platforms and use cases.
What You'll Do:
Pre-Production/Production
Shoot content for commercial, social, and brand storytelling projects.
Contribute to ideation and concept development - from brainstorming and storyboarding to pitching and pre-production planning.
Develop and maintain mood boards, lighting designs, shot lists, and scouting materials for remote and on-location shoots.
Operate and maintain camera systems, optics, gimbal stabilizers, wireless monitoring, and audio equipment.
Help manage grip and lighting gear, including battery-powered LED lighting setups for studio and on-location use.
Direct and interview subjects, often working solo or with small skeleton crews, across domestic and international shoots.
Capture authentic, emotionally resonant footage that tells the story of travel's impact on young people and educators.
Post-Production
Edit content from assembly through final delivery.
Digital asset management (DAM experience) - Manage media organization, syncing, string-outs, and digital asset workflows.
Build and refine multi-cam sequences, generate transcripts, add captions, and manage creative versioning.
Incorporate color work (DaVinci Resolve preferred), audio mixing, and graphics or light visual effects.
Maintain efficient, collaborative post-production pipelines with producers, creatives, and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying creative styles, scope, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in commercial photo/video production, including at least 3 years working at a production company, agency, or internal creative team.
Strong understanding of the full production process - pre-production, production, and post.
Experienced collaborator comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and strategy teams.
Deep technical expertise in camera, audio, grip, and lighting systems.
Finger on the pulse of current video trends and markets.
Intermediate skill level in After Effects and familiarity with basic graphics or VFX work.
Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable; able to pivot quickly and problem-solve under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a natural collaborator with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Passionate about travel and storytelling. A creative maniac - curious, driven, and hungry to expand your skills and perspectives.

Developing and managing multiple relationships with motorcoach partners across both our domestic student and adult divisions.
Strategically building allocation strategies that support our strategic business objectives around cost and quality management, inventory utilization, and customer experience.
Onboarding new motorcoach suppliers to ensure they are well-prepared to offer the best experience possible to our student travelers.
Managing reservation details and working closely with suppliers to problem-solve on-tour incidents.
Assisting in any necessary supplier or contract negotiations.

About the Role
As the Mentor Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in our summer programs, leading the Senior Staff team and ensuring the success of all mentoring and logistical efforts. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising, coaching, and providing accountability for the Lead Mentors and Summer Mentors.
Overseeing the planning and execution of program logistics, including student arrivals and departures, and overall coordination to ensure seamless experiences for participants.
Ensuring alignment between program objectives and staff performance by conducting regular check-ins and providing constructive feedback.
Collaborating with program leadership to address challenges and implement improvements.
Facilitating team training sessions, fostering skill development and a positive team culture.
Monitoring and maintaining the overall quality and consistency of the student experience across sessions.
Supporting emergency response efforts and ensuring student safety during critical incidents.
Program Logistics
This is a full-time, seasonal leadership position requiring a commitment for the duration of the summer program. The Mentor Manager is estimated to work 45-60 hours per week at $17/hour, with any overtime hours paid at time and a half. EF provides room and board for the duration of the program.

About the role
In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for the Academic aspects of the campus, support the teaching staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction, with support from the Sr. Academic Manager.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
Setting up the school and physically ensuring all classrooms meet EF specifications and are maintained throughout the season.
Coordinating timetables for all academic groups, completing intake schedules, and setting up classes using EF's production system.
Allocating teachers and classrooms to groups of students and playing a ‘hands-on' role in allocating students into classes on the first days in school.
Managing academic stock, including exam papers, certificates, teaching supplies, and equipment.
Managing all teaching staff at your campus and working with other Senior Staff to ensure full integration of teaching staff into the team.
Delivering initial teacher briefing, daily and weekly meetings.
Teacher observations, feedback, and development.
Planning and implementation of graduations together with activities team.
Responsible for the training and management of the academic team, including special programs, under direction of the Senior Academic Manager
Collating/reviewing academic paperwork, and inputting data into EF's production system.
Welfare and discipline within the classroom.
Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent, preferred.
TEFL certificate or equivalent, preferred.
Minimum six months of teaching experience or one summer teaching for EF.
Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
Attend an in-person training session before your contract commences.

The Role
