Responsibilities:
Lead the US Commercial and Professional Education teams to develop and execute the Ultrasound Education Global Strategy for EP and Structural Heart specialties in close partnership with the VP, Cardiac Imaging, Structural Heart, and Reprocessing. Ensure alignment of the global business needs and required training for the clinical field force. Develop a firm grasp of the ultrasound market today from 2D to 4D. Apply knowledge to recommend strategies and tactics to support the market growth in the US.
Own all aspects of the commercial and professional education initiatives.
Manage the Commercial and Professional Education ULS Managers.
Become an authority on all high value procedures, which enable physicians to work more efficiently and effectively with our Ultrasound portfolio.
Work closely with Ultrasound Marketing Team to support the execution of commercial strategies and prepare for new product launches.
Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leading (KOLs) Physicians in interventional and imaging cardiology. Work with medical affairs and KOLs to develop and deliver meaningful training content to accelerate the learning curve of the field clinical team.
Work with external vendors to develop new capabilities, which allow us to train physicians more effectively including workflow generation, simulators and simulator software development.
Collaborate with commercial marketing in support of all national structural heart meetings for Electrophysiology. Support FSO in regional meeting execution.
Build relationships with ultrasound OEM equipment companies and teams. Collaborate when needed to ensure we show up effectively at external conferences and in the field. Work with systems marketing leads to develop pathways to drive share.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant ICE and/or structural heart device sales and/or marketing experience.
Proven track record of leading and developing a team

Job Summary

Job Summary
Manage the LifeVest field-based sales and marketing efforts targeted at Cardiology Fellows, including Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure Specialty, Cardiovascular Surgery, and General Cardiology.

Support Student Success
Leads and supports student success initiatives within the department. Responds to students' needs and inquiries; meets with students regarding grade disputes or other issues. Mediates and provides solutions to student-faculty conflicts.
Refers students to appropriate college resources. Leads faculty and academic advisors through the evaluation and approval of prerequisites and helps to maintain the transferability of the curriculum.
Curriculum, Accreditation, and Assessment Processes
Leads and supports the faculty in curriculum development, redesign, and change.
Serves as the liaison to the Office of Curriculum Management to ensure new courses and curricular changes to the College catalogue and web pages reflect current and accurate information.
Supports the department assessment committee and faculty engaged in curriculum and program review.
Supports the creation and engagement of virtual programs.
College & Community Relations
Collaborates with the Offices of College Credit Plus, Distance Education and Instructional Services (DEIS), Workforce Innovation, Delaware Campus, and Regional Learning Centers, and other departments regarding a variety of subjects, which could include course schedules, staffing, faculty credentialing, projects, faculty professional development, and other initiatives.
Serves as a liaison with other institutions of higher learning, industry leaders, professional organizations, and the public.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A Master's degree in engineering technology, engineering, or related areas.
Experience in engineering technology, applied engineering, or a related skills-based education program.
Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience.
State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience in higher education.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
As a Community Director for Dietz Property Group, you will lead staff to provide excellent customer service and property management with the goal of creating a desirable place to reside thereby maximizing the property's performance. Daily duties include guiding and encouraging staff members, showing apartments to potential residents, collecting rent, and professionally addressing resident questions/needs.
In addition to residents and coworkers, you and your Maintenance Supervisor communicate and coordinate with vendors and outside contractors on a regular basis, keeping great resident relations with resident events. Though some duties are daily/weekly, each day will be something different. You love that you are never bored! WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time Community Director position for which the hours vary depending on the property needs but mostly is an M-F 9 to 6.
