Help create and implement a pathway of connection and discipleship for students,moving them from first-time guests to fully engaged participants in the HSM community. VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT Recruit, train, equip, and shepherd volunteer leaders (Life Group Leaders and Change Makers). Provide ongoing encouragement, coaching, and accountability for volunteers. Partner in organizing and leading regular volunteer training and leadership development opportunities. STUDENT & FAMILY CARE Build relationships with students inside and outside of programming through presence,encouragement, and discipleship. Provide pastoral support to students and families as needed, especially in times of crisis,referring to professional counselors when appropriate. Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship and support. EVENTS & CAMPS Assist in planning, promoting, and executing HSM events, camps, retreats, service projects, and outreach opportunities. Actively participate in all HSM activities and church-wide initiatives. ADMINISTRATION & COMMUNICATION Provide administrative support for communication (emails, texts, social media,registrations, and attendance tracking). Help maintain safety standards, child-protection policies, and compliance with church guidelines.
