PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES The overall responsibility of the school psychologist is to evaluate students with the effective use of psychological instruments in the proper situations; build and maintain positive, respectful interactions with students; serve as a consultant in regard to effective intervention processes; communicate effectively and appropriately with families and colleagues, building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with colleagues; and maintain confidentiality. The school psychologist understands and adheres to contract obligations, district and building policies.
