About the Role:
The Part Time PRN (as needed) Psychometric Clinical Rater will be responsible for conducting and interpreting quantitative tests for the measurement of psychological variables related to specific diseases and/or disorders as part of the required study assessments for subjects participating in a clinical trial. The Clinical Rater will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. The Clinical Rater must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and to respond to multiple priorities. The Clinical Rater must demonstrate proficiency using a computer, the internet, telephone and other office equipment.
Responsibilities: The Psychometric Clinical Rater
Administers and scores both psychiatric and psychometric assessments.
Conducts assessments for conditions such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Alzheimer's Disease, and other CNS-related disorders.
Perform psychiatric diagnostic interviews and psychometric testing as part of clinical trial evaluations.
Collaborates with principal investigators, research coordinators, and other study team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collection.
Maintains accurate, complete, and timely visit source documentation as well as sponsor required information.
Reviews and verifies the accuracy of data entered into study databases and provides feedback or clarification when needed.
Monitors patients for any adverse events or changes in their clinical status, reporting findings to the clinical research team promptly.
Provides patients with clear instructions on assessment procedures and answers any questions they may have.
Assists in the preparation of study reports and presentations by providing input on clinical assessment results.
Maintains patient confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
Accurately completes necessary sponsor trainings per clinical trial requirements.
Participates in regular training and professional development to stay updated on clinical rating scales and assessment tools.
Attends study meetings as needed.
Occasional travel to Company sites, Investigator meetings, and/or Company meetings.
Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by their manager or other management members.
Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychometrics, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field required
Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, Neuroscience, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Demonstrated experience in conducting and scoring psychiatric rating scales and psychometric assessments.
Proficiency in administering and interpreting clinical scales.
Experience with a range of psychiatric disorders.
Experience in clinical research or clinical trials required.
Competency Requirements
Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Your Role:
As a SchoolPsychologist, you'll be instrumental in assessing and addressing students' psychological and educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct Evaluations: Perform Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students' eligibility for specialized services.
Communicate Findings: Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services as outlined in students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Valid Texas certification as a SchoolPsychologist.
Minimum 1 year experience as a SchoolPsychologist in a school setting.
Experience administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools, including cognitive and academic assessments.
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding special education services and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
Flexibility, adaptability, and strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple school locations as needed.
