Under the general supervision of licensed Clinical Psychologists specializing in Neuropsychology, the incumbent will independently administer complex batteries of neuropsychological tests to assess measure of memory, mental status, language, visual-spatial skills, executive function, process speed, and depression.
As a member of the clinical research team, the incumbent's primary responsibilities include (1) administration of complex batteries of neuropsychological tests to patients and participants in varying clinical research studies, (2) scoring of psychometric tests, (3) interview and collect data from patients/participants and caregivers, and (4) assist training other psychometrists and neuropsychology trainees.

Recruit, train, equip, and shepherd volunteer leaders (Life Group Leaders and Change Makers).
Provide ongoing encouragement, coaching, and accountability for volunteers.
Partner in organizing and leading regular volunteer training and leadership development opportunities.
STUDENT & FAMILY CARE
Build relationships with students inside and outside of programming through presence,encouragement, and discipleship.
Provide pastoral support to students and families as needed, especially in times of crisis,referring to professional counselors when appropriate.
Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship and support.
EVENTS & CAMPS
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing HSM events, camps, retreats, service projects, and outreach opportunities.
Actively participate in all HSM activities and church-wide initiatives.
ADMINISTRATION & COMMUNICATION
Provide administrative support for communication (emails, texts, social media,registrations, and attendance tracking).
Help maintain safety standards, child-protection policies, and compliance with church guidelines.
Support logistics for weekly programming, events, and camps.

What We're Looking For
A passionate follower of Jesus with a heart for High School Students and their families.
Strong communicator, both on stage and in personal interactions.
Organized, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to execute both details and vision.
Team-oriented, humble, and adaptable in a fast-paced ministry environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of youth ministry or related experience desired.
