What You Will Do: + Fully integrate with and support the 6th Weapons Squadron's syllabus and Weapons School Integration (WSINT) execution to train and graduate Weapons Officers. + Develop training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials used during flight procedures, simulation, and/or flight training focused on fighter integration and advanced tactics. + Conduct instructional sessions, briefings, and proficiency checks on Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures; actively support mission debriefs to maximize student learning. + Evaluate student progress and recommend syllabus advancement or additional training as needed. + Review live-fly and simulation scenario design, assessing virtual and live range training effectiveness to optimize student proficiency in accordance with the syllabus. + Coordinate utilization schedules for training flight crews and required support assets. #LI-SF1 What We're Looking For: + 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. + Fighter aircraft experience. + Air-to-Air and/or Air-to-Ground Range Training Officer (RTO) experience. + Prior training experience at the Nellis Fighter Weapons School. + Experience leading or supporting the development of training curricula. + Participation in USAF Green Flag, Red Flag, or comparable Large Force Exercises. + Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
