The program is intended to be a staffing pipeline for the future management, leadership and professional positions in the City. This Internship Program is designed to give students the experience of local government by working side by side with city employees, department managers, elected officials, and community leaders. We plan to focus on the participant's intended career discipline while providing career exposure to all other divisions.
