Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement appropriate student support plans.

Qualifications:
Education: A master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Certification: Hold a valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Experience: Previous experience working as a SchoolPsychologist, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques, special education laws and regulations, and ethical guidelines for professional practice.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Empathy and compassion: Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with students and provide support in a caring and empathetic manner.

ROLE SUMMARY
SchoolPsychologists provide a comprehensive range of psychological services to support the academic success, mental health, and overall development of general and special education scholars. Working collaboratively with educators, families, and school-based teams, SchoolPsychologists use data-informed practices to assess needs, design interventions, and build systems of support that promote equity and access for all learners.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide psycho-educational assessments, including but not limited to Initial Evaluation, Triennial Evaluation, Manifestation Determination, Functional Behavioral Analysis, Social Emotional Evaluation, and others as needed.
Actively participate and facilitate during Individualized Educational Program (IEP) meetings; interpret results of psycho-educational assessment; work as part of a team to determine special education eligibility and make program recommendations.
Provide Special Education Direct Instructional Services (DIS), Counseling and Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS), develop Present Levels of Performance (PLPs) summaries, SMART goals, and track services in Welligent.
Collaborate with special education team members to develop coherent and comprehensive individual behavior support plans.
If appropriate, serve as a Behavior Intervention Case Manager (BICM) for designated special education scholars under the 1994 Hughes Bill, mandating “Positive Behavior Intervention” plans.
Act as liaison between the school community members and community agencies and county programs.
Collaborate with the site Culture team around Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) implementation, fostering a trauma-informed, resilience-focused, and anti-racist culture, mental health and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives across tiers, Student Support and Progress Team (SSPT) meetings, and crisis planning.
Consult with parents, teachers, and other staff regarding classroom accommodations to better support scholars' educational and social-emotional progress.
Maintain data on scholars, including present levels of performance, and monitor the progress of intervention strategies.
Establish and monitor necessary caseloads, and work with schools and other staff to plan assessments and meetings, submit records, reports, and assignments promptly and efficiently.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to staff, parents, and scholars based on needs identified in data, such as the Panorama SEL survey results.
Participates in ongoing professional growth opportunities to keep current with trends and practices in the field, including those offered through the Home Office.
Supervise SchoolPsychologist interns as appropriate.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
California Pupil Personnel Services credential in School Psychology. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of the credential.
Equivalent Out-of-State Credential transferring to California. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their out-of-state credential and official transcripts verifying completion of an equivalent school psychology program accredited by the National Association of SchoolPsychologists (NASP).
Master's degree in Educational Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Preferred: Experience in crisis prevention and intervention.

What will I do in this role?
Our Neuropsychologist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the reason for referral by the referring physician. About the Role

What You'll Do:
* Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with their families and/or other collateral sources

* Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments
* Supervise and oversee the work of the patient's assigned psychometrist to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
* Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and prepare separate brief summary documents tailored for clients, families, and referring providers
* Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations

Duties include completion of initial evaluations and more detailed neuropsychological evaluations. Common referral questions include, formulation of differential diagnosis, various capacity issues, and/or discharge planning.
Provide curbside consultations to facility staff, treatment planning recommendations, and staff education (e.g. facility in -services).
Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, along with opportunities to participate in in -house EMH CEs that are catered specifically to the treatment of older adults and the relevant patient populations
There is also the potential to receive training and support to work within EMH's forensic division. Typical activities can include:

Qualifications:
Education: A master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Certification: Hold a valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Experience: Previous experience working as a SchoolPsychologist, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques, special education laws and regulations, and ethical guidelines for professional practice.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

What will I do in this role?

Position Summary

What You'll Do
MINISTRY LEADERSHIP

Assist in planning and leading weekly HSM services, including worship, teaching,games, and small group connection.

Help create and implement a pathway of connection and discipleship for students,moving them from first-time guests to fully engaged participants in the HSM community.
VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT
Recruit, train, equip, and shepherd volunteer leaders (Life Group Leaders and Change Makers).
Provide ongoing encouragement, coaching, and accountability for volunteers.
Partner in organizing and leading regular volunteer training and leadership development opportunities.
STUDENT & FAMILY CARE
Build relationships with students inside and outside of programming through presence,encouragement, and discipleship.
Provide pastoral support to students and families as needed, especially in times of crisis,referring to professional counselors when appropriate.
Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship and support.
EVENTS & CAMPS
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing HSM events, camps, retreats, service projects, and outreach opportunities.
Actively participate in all HSM activities and church-wide initiatives.
ADMINISTRATION & COMMUNICATION
Provide administrative support for communication (emails, texts, social media,registrations, and attendance tracking).
Help maintain safety standards, child-protection policies, and compliance with church guidelines.
Support logistics for weekly programming, events, and camps.
