Provides consultation and direct observation to all classrooms on a regular basis. Meets on a regular scheduled basis with classroom staff, including general education and special education teachers, to discuss students, behavior documentation/plans, and overall IEP goals. Designs behavior programs as needed for individual children. Oversees implementation of behavior management programs and behavioral philosophy throughout programs. Collaborates with agency specialists to support programming and educational needs of students and staff across agency sites. Supervises student interns and volunteers when appropriate.
