I can honestly say the only pro was their benefit package. That’s it.
Poor management, rude team leaders who don’t want to help, trainers with attitudes, they let people go at the drop of a hat, high turnover because the place sucks, crazy metrics, etc
Health insurance and vacation time
Privilege of relating with children
Work environment
Opportunity to further my career
Love the staff and students
Administration
health benefits and being on the same schedule as my children
love teaching kids
too much nonsense
i love being a positive influence on children and people
I liked assisting the students in helping them achieve their goals.
It was never certain that the position would be eliminated from year to year.
The insurance was great.
They offer students good hours for over the summer, but don't care about them.
The environment is toxic. They don't care for their employees very well and expect so much from them that they work 24/7 and don't have lives. They also would blame everything on you and their programs never work.
Teaching high school students Technical Education
