2. Bank Deposits

4. PTO

5. Financial Transactions

6. Financial Statements
A financial statement is a report of an individual or a company that includes all the information about the declared assets, the use of money, income, and also the contribution of shareholders over a certain period.
- Prepared documents such as financial statements, business activity reports.
- Prepare and report monthly financial statements to Mayor and City Council.
7. PTA
The Parent-Teacher Association, PTA, is a formal organization made up of parents, teachers, and staff that aims to facilitate parental involvement in a school, discuss issues that affect children, organize events to raise funds for the school supplies, and supporting school efforts in general. It is also a forum for parents to gain insight and express their views on what is happening at their school.

8. State Board
State board is an umbrella term for any of the Boards of Education individually operated by the State Government. Each State determines the standard and curriculum of education for every school under its jurisdiction because it has its education board.

9. Bookkeeping System
