SchoolMint CEO and leadership

MacDonald brings deep industry and operational expertise, a proven track record of leading highly scalable education technology companies and a passion for delightful products to his role as SchoolMint’s new CEO. He comes to SchoolMint following a 2-year position at Illuminate Education, where he led Product, R&D, and Strategy. During his tenure at Illuminate, MacDonald helped the company triple in size through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Libby (Elizabeth) Fischer is a Chief Operating Officer at SchoolMint and is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has worked as Corps Member at Teach For America; Director of Business Development at Aspen Baking Company; and Specialist, School Partnerships at Revolution Foods. Libby attended SLU between 2006 and 2010 and Saint Louis University, Madrid, Spain between 2008 and 2008.

Tim currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer for SchoolMint.

Prior to Schoolmint, Tim worked for Hobsons. His last role @Hobsons was as Regional Director of Sales for their K12 division.

Prior to moving to the K12 Division, he headed up the EMEA (based in London, UK) sales operations for Hobsons Higher Education division where he helped grow revenue and client acquisition.

When not working, Tim can be found mountain and road biking around Marin, as well as spending time with his family.

Chandrika has extensive experience in leading professional services, implementation, and managed services team. She has worked across domains where she focused on delivering strategic SaaS products and customer engagements.

Galen Li is a Chief Product Officer at SchoolMint and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked as Senior Product Manager at Kabam, VP of Product Management at SchoolMint, and Director of Product Management at Edmodo. Galen attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management between 2006 and 2008 and Univerisity Of California, Berkeley.

Genny Orr is a Chief Product & Strategy Officer at SchoolMint.

Bob brings to his position over 25 years of progressive experience in financial and operational management, sales operations, human resources and investment banking. He has a demonstrated record of building strong organizations and infrastructure. Bob’s most recent successes have focused on scaling organizations for growth and managing other organizations through challenging turn-around situations. Bob’s financial and operational management experience includes all aspects of finance including hands on financial and strategic planning & analysis, treasury, risk management, investor relations, accounting, stock administration, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, software revenue recognition and extensive interactions with Boards of Directors. Bob is well versed in mergers and acquisitions with both corporate and investment banking experience in M&A and corporate finance. His accomplishments include the financial and organizational integration of multiple mergers and acquisitions. Bob has additional experience in running global sales operations and human resources organizations.
