As a Marketing Intern you will assist the Branded Marketing Team at Schreiber Foods in the day to day activities necessary to insure profitable volume and revenue growth. Involvement in both strategic discussions and tactical application of brand positioning, marketing materials/ campaigns and marketing analysis/performance reporting to ensure flawless execution of the branded sales goals. Primary responsibilities include promotional reporting, sales communication, consumer insights analysis, marketing execution and general marketing department support. This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $ 18.75
What you'll do:
Assist Marketing team to provide the marketing and sales tools necessary for successful retail execution of retail goals & objectives. Sales tools include PowerPoint presentations, consumer insight research, syndicated data analysis, meeting facilitation and general administration.
Analysis: Assist in marketing initiatives. Use consumer insights to identify issues and opportunities to achieve brand goals. Provide timely and comprehensive analysis of objectives, execution and future planning.
Project Management: Spearhead projects across multiple functional areas. Assist in all aspects of internal and external communication including marketing activities, sales campaigns and internal project coordination
Special Projects: Manage special projects as needed (i.e. customer promo ROI, communication vehicles, competitive activity, sales/customer meeting presentation preparation).
Facilitate daily tasks to manage customer requirements - this includes updates within both Schreiber systems as well as the databases of our customers
What you need to succeed:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Must be a sophomore or junior status with at least 3 semesters left in school (May 2026 grad or later)
Must have the ability to work 15-20 hours per week during school year and 40 hours per week during summer (and winter break).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint and Excel).
Strong analytical skills.
Displays strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Knowledge of marketing and social media industry trends.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

What you'll do:
Lead the exploration and development of innovative technologies, ingredients, and processes that align with strategic business goals.
Identify and secure resources-equipment, systems, ingredients, and talent-needed to advance innovation.
Recognize and develop patentable products and processes through exploratory research.
Initiate and conduct primary research on dairy & non-dairy ingredients and core products (milk, natural cheese, process cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, & other products). Leverages strong financial aptitude and expertise in dairy & non-dairy food components and commodity markets to identify product or process opportunities leading to optimizing component usage and profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful new products and processes, while navigating complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Communicate technical concepts clearly through reports and presentations to influence decision-making. Frequently conduct briefings to senior leaders both within and outside of department.

**Job Description:**
**_About the Role:_**
The primary role of the Customer Food Safety & Quality Manager is to work closely with key strategic customer technical and sales teams and the TreeHouse Foods internal teams to ensure customer needs for quality and food safety are met. This position will include developing and presenting reports that track and trend quality measures and working with plant teams to provide corrective and preventative actions for consumer and customer complaints in a timely manner.
**_You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
+ Provide "Platinum" service to Treehouse highest strategic customers which includes timely responses and resolutions to quality and food safety issues and inquiries while also maintaining the "Voice of the Customer".
+ Manage multiple strategic customers, acting quickly to resolve issues and pivot from one customer/issue to the next.
+ Provide efficient and consistent communication to our customers on scientific and quality issues whether product-specific or industry-wide (e.g. regulatory or food-safety related). Including being point of contact for assigned customers during special situations i.e. product recall.
+ Serves as a technical resource to support sales team and/or connect them to appropriate quality and other subject matter experts.
+ Work with appropriate plant personnel on thorough investigations and corrective and preventative actions and work cross-functionally to drive alignment to customer expectations and resolutions.
+ Lead and assist in customer reviews related to food safety and quality incidents, issues or held product; facilitate discussions and capture information for customer meetings and historical reference.
+ Communicate and assure teams are meeting customer needs on third party review which may include analytical, sensory, and label claim substantiation testing.
+ Identify and drive continuous improvement projects against customer expectations and audits, support manufacturing facilities during on-site or virtual customer visits and audits.
+ Develop and deliver routine (i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly) business/trend reports to critical and strategic customers for food safety and quality data.
+ Assist with setting strategic food safety and quality goals and KPIs for key customer metrics, serving as liaison between customers and business.
+ Develop and execute customer satisfaction surveys with critical and strategic customers, presenting data to relevant business teams to drive improvement initiatives against survey results.
+ Build confidence and trust from our customers enabling our teams to conduct ongoing business as collaborative partners.

+ The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $142,600 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. About the Role:

Must be able to properly perform Lock Out/Tag Out on all equipment in the area of responsibility.
Rotational/fill-in machine operator coverage as required based on business needs.
Overtime before and /or after shifts and on normally scheduled off days may be required.

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor of Facilities Maintenance. What you'll do:
Manufacturing & Process Engineering:
Focus on the optimization of manufacturing processes.
Work on process improvements in efficiency, productivity, process capability, risk, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient manufacturing workflows.
What you need to succeed:
Completed Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering Physics or Manufacturing preferred). Students must be enrolled as student during the time of the internship (Recent or previous graduates will not be considered).
Willingness to relocate for Summer of 2026.
Ability to work a minimum of 10 weeks during the Summer of 2026.
Ability to work 40 hours/week during the summer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Interest in pursuing a full-time career in the areas listed above.
Ability to take ownership of assignments and complete them on time and accurately.
Desire to grow and take on new opportunities.

The Corporate Tax Intern will be an active member of the Financial Reporting and Tax Teams. The position is a year-round internship and will be located at Schreiber's Home Office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Training will be provided.
This is a hybrid position. 3 days on-site at our Home Office location and 2 days remote.
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75
What you'll do:
Sales and Use Tax Resolution: Support the tax team in resolving differences between purchase order and invoice sales and use tax codes to ensure proper payment. Work directly with vendors to prepare and deliver tax-exemption certificates.
Fixed Assets: Support the fixed assets team with coding to ensure assets are correctly reported for property tax purposes.
Unclaimed Property: Review State websites for any unclaimed property, determine filing applicability and prepare filings.
Other Project Support: Support other Finance Department projects as needed.
What you need to succeed:
Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a Sophomore status as a minimum (May 2027 grads or earlier). If enrolled in an Associate's degree program, must have a plan to pursue a Bachelor's degree immediately after Associate's is completed.
Availability to work 15 to 20 hours per week during the school year. Opportunity for 40 hours during Summer and Winter break.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Ability to work year-round in Green Bay, WI.
