Nestlé is looking for a Senior Electrical and Automation (E&A) Specialist to join its new factory in Glendale, AZ. This position requires creativity, experience, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts. The Sr. E&A Specialist must have proper expertise and knowledge to integrate power switch gear, automation components, transformers, and branch circuit protection with motors, valves, filters, and sensors into a high-quality system. * Understanding P&ID and working with valves and instruments related to process areas.
* Building FDS based on process descriptions and interacting with cross functional team to build the FDS.
PLC Programming:
* Review/Build Process control Descriptions (PCD) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for various equipment and machines as needed.
* Review/Design PLC program in Rockwell Studio 5000 and Siemens TIA where necessary and making sure NEAT toolbox 7 is followed where necessary.
* Create/Review communication exchange signals between PLCs.
* Create checklist for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) according to Nestlé guidelines.
HMI/SCADA Development:
* Review/Build HMI screens using Wonderware Software and NEAT 7.0 guidelines.
* Create a simulation plan to review various functionality of SCADA like recipe management, product routes, and CIP routes.
* Review and work with factory operations to make sure the HMI screens and SCADA controls are intuitive.
Other Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross functional departments i.e. Quality, Operations, ME etc to build continuous improvement projects for improving line effeciency

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
As a Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech), you will be responsible for our food safety culture by conducting various analyses of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Create a safe work environment through risk predictions, job analyses, and discussion amongst team in regularly scheduled operational reviews (ORs)

**EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:**

Seeking a motivated Electromechanical Technician to join our team. Responsible for maintaining automated manufacturing equipment in a proactive safe manner; identify, troubleshoot, and repair both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all facility equipment.

**SKILLS:**
+ Control systems - Basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) input/output hardware troubleshooting, motor, sensor, drives and basic electrical circuits and basic understanding of device communication networks
+ Mechanical skills - Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical drive systems, utility systems (air, steam, refrigeration etc.)

+ Minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, boiler, and knowledge of chilled water glycol systems. Refrigeration certification preferred. Ability to technically maintain equipment. Technical associate degree or certificate preferred
+ RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) certification required within 6-12 months of employment
+ The usage of contact lenses are not allowed in ammonia areas
SKILLS:
