I really like the independence. I like being scored on my accomplishments, and not that of a group. It allows me to shine when deserved.

I dont like the favoritism. Im looking for a more professional-ran company. someone who i can feel proud to say, "I work there."

In my experience the cons of working for Schreiber foods were the strict policies pertaining to job performance.

My favorite benefits were the provided health clinic for the employees, the lifestyle savings account, and the flexibility of overtime hours.

High wage for the skills required

Incompetent management, no communication within department, high turnover, highly repetitive work and a very strict dress policy

Hourly rate was high, and the job was very easy.
