Essential Functions Prepare or assist in preparing complete cost estimates for assigned for transmission, distribution and substation projects Plan and execute work while meeting customer defined submission deadlines Schedule and attend field job walk with customer, subcontractor, and construction personnel to determine constructability requirements Attend on site pre-bid meetings and perform job site visits.
