Essential Functions: Print orders several times a day from the ERP system. Pick, pack, and ship out orders using approved appropriate carriers. Assure all expedited shipments (1 day, 2 day) shipments are made on time, and if problems CSR is notified. Assure all customer-required labeling, etc., is met on shipments being made to customers. Assure all the required documentation is completed for all outgoing shipments Complete all functions required for receiving incoming product within 24 hours. Process RGAs. Perform inventory transactions on the ERP system. Ship sample orders. Create manual shipments, pack, and ship as instructed.
