We are looking for an experienced Group Sales Manager to join our Sales team! What you'll do… * Help get those groups and events booked in and across the line! What will you be doing?
Create and maintain customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel associates to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals.

Interview, hire, train, supervise and counsel department managers in the efficient operation of their respective area(s). Meet with, develop and delegate improvement plans for operation and review performance of management team.
Recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication.
Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image for Crescent and hotel. Meet with potential and current clients and promote hotel.
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
Physically tour and visually inspect property on a daily basis. Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness and quality of product and service throughout hotel. Greet and maintain rapport with associates and customers.
Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips and serve on committees such as Research, Development and Standards committee.
Appropriate handle associate issues in conjunction with People & Culture following Crescent policies.

Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a hotel General Manager is required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a full-service hotel is required.
Working knowledge of financial/accounting procedures is required.
Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently.

The Laundry Attendant will ensure that all the hotel's linen is properly laundered, dried and stored each day. Will perform tasks such as washing, drying and folding sheets, towels, blankets and other hotel linens in accordance with company quality standards. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting items by color, weight and fabric types and making sure items are washed in the proper machine cycle and follow guidelines for treating and removing stains when required. Ironing and steaming of items may be required as well. Attendants will distribute the processed linens according to company requirements. In addition,
Laundry Attendants are expected to coordinate their duties with other hotel staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience as a Laundry Attendant is helpful.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

As part of our Housekeeping staff, the Houseman is responsible for the cleanliness of our public areas and back of house spaces. Other responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, providing anticipatory guest service and exceeding guest expectations. The Night Auditor works as a Guest Service Representative and member of the Front Desk Team specifically responsible for auditing all revenue transactions, ensuring reports are accurate, credit card batches are transmitted correctly and cash is secured. Serves as acting Manager on Duty in the case of an incident or
emergency. Conducts property inspections to ensure safety protocols are in effect. Exercises good judgment and able to effectively resolve guest situations.
