JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Regional VP of Revenue Management will direct the Revenue Management discipline for hotels within their region.
* Oversee a team of Hotel/Area Directors with collaborating closely with broader revenue management and commercial teams, where they will be instrumental in in continuing to make Schulte Companies a leading Hospitality Company.
* Continually train and develop Hotel/Area Directors of Revenue Management to focus on team strength and driving results
* Recruit, interview, hire and onboard new team members
* Analyze and communicate results of strategies and tactics deployed monthly to regional, corporate and ownership/operator groups.
* Maximize room revenue, profit and market share associated with rooms.
* Manage the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, and opportunity analysis in addition to inventory management.
* Review STR reports and provide analysis of hotel performance against their comp set.
* Identifies future market trends and hotel opportunities and effectively communicates through reports and updates.
* Ensures that a strategic mix of business and pricing strategies are set for each hotel based on market conditions to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Continuous analysis of competitive sets, pricing positions, market conditions, seasonality and mix.
* Monitor market performance to ensure revenue objectives are achieved and implement appropriate revenue growth strategies to correct performance shortfalls
* Collaborate with key business partners to define annual promotion calendar and identify promotional key success indicators, as well as plan targets for next year.
* Use all Revenue Management Systems and reporting tools available to maximize efforts.
* Manage property participation and production through relevant Internet sites and other distribution channels.
* Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments.
* Plan effectively within the revenue management function and integrate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
* Ensure that the Senior Leadership Team is kept up to date on accurate revenue forecasting and pricing strategies, as well as product and promotion performance.
* Present Senior Leadership Team with pricing strategies and forecasted impacts.
* Drive revenue through promotions and placement with distribution partners.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards as well as SHG standards and procedures.
* Travel regularly to the hotels
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's in Hotel Management, Business and/or related degree required
* Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Management discipline
* Revenue management experience with Independent boutique or resort
* Hilton Brand experience required. Other branded hotel experience preferred.
* Experience with hotel sales software
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Exceptional service and customer relations skills with ability to foster effective relationships with staff, management and clientele.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate ideas and concepts.
* Highly proficient in computers including, but not limited to Internet, Microsoft Office programs and hotel sales related programs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains s for all positions
* Posts positions on various job boards
* Conducts basic phone screens and reference checks for open corporate positions including data collection, entry, and reporting
* Coordinates New User Setup, communicates new hires and separations
* Coordinates onboarding and orientation activities for new hires assisting HRD
* Sets up new managers on eVerify and background screening access
* Maintains criminal background check and drug screen results; forwards unfavorable results to regional HRDs for review and follow-up
* Maintains basic employment information in HR information system, including scanning of employment documents into electronic personnel files with HRIS
* Answers HR line and routes calls accordingly; handles basic inquiries; takes messages
* Coordinates recognition programs including reminders, award ordering, and celebratory announcements
* Administers company recognition programs including SHG Values Champion SHG's MVPs
* Assists with orders for employment posters for location; stays abreast of changing laws/posters; State Employment Law changes
* Assists benefits functions
* Actively participates in HR meetings, tracks weekly HR accomplishments and priorities, assists with tracking of monthly HR objectives
* Provides assistance to all HR projects as needed
* Perform various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Associate degree in human resources or business administration
* Minimum of one (1) year human resources administrative experience
* Administrative knowledge and experience in human resource tasks including but not limited to record keeping, s, job postings, phone screen interviews, reference checking, offer letters, new hire orientation, recognition programs, employee communications and event support
* Proficient in HR information systems, preferably ADP
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The Risk & Insurance Manager will lead the company's risk management function and oversee all insurance-related matters for a multi-property hospitality portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, guiding risk mitigation initiatives, and overseeing insurance and claims operations while managing and developing a dedicated risk management team. The position combines high-level program ownership with hands-on involvement in complex and high-exposure matters, ensuring effective claims resolution, financial protection, and alignment with the company's broader risk management objectives. The Manager serves as a key internal advisor and primary liaison to insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and legal counsel.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three Risk Management Specialists, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
* Establish workflows, best practices, and controls to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant claims handling.
* Provide subject-matter expertise and escalation support for complex, high-exposure, or litigated claims.
* Oversee and actively participate in all phases of insurance claims, including general liability, workers' compensation, auto, property, and hospitality-specific exposures.
* Oversee and direct claims lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective handling from first notice of loss through final resolution, settlement, or litigation.
* Provide leadership and oversight to Risk Management Specialists managing claims, serving as the final decision-maker on strategy, settlement authority, and resolution.
* Coordinate closely with defense counsel, insurance adjusters, TPAs, and carriers on litigation strategy, discovery, evaluations, mediations, and settlements.
* Monitor reserves, claim valuations, settlement authority, and financial exposure
* Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and tracking active and threatened litigation across portfolio.
* Identify and oversee subrogation and recovery opportunities for property damage, liability losses, and other incidents, including those that do not meet insurance deductible thresholds or policy qualifications
* Manage demand letters, negotiations, and escalation to legal action when appropriate.
* Create, implement, maintain, and update compliance-related information databases such as injury and illness logs, insurance contacts, safety training audits, lag time reports, etc.
* Develop standardized tools and procedures to improve compliance process efficiencies
* Maintain fleet card accounts to include new account setup
* Process and record insurance and legal invoicing
* Review contracts/agreements in connection with requesting required insurance coverages
* Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or complex claims handling.
* Demonstrated experience managing litigated claims, subrogation, and third-party recoveries.
* Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
* Strong working knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, auto liability, and property insurance.

Submits bids, cost estimates, schedules, phasing plans, reports and recommendations to President & CEO for consideration.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate, both verbally and in writing, with internal and field teams; vendors; and property owners to obtain, coordinate and manage contracts.
* Update tracking system with contract information for reporting purposes and file related documentation.
* Track status of contracts for renewal or termination and issue applicable, related notifications.
* Work with Acquisition / Divestiture teams when hotels are added to or removed from portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to reviewing contracts, preparing telecom account and utility account spreadsheets; working with corporate and field teams to obtain and share required information; setting up various purchasing accounts; issuing related notifications via email and USPS mail, making necessary system updates; and filing all documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* 2-3 years of contract analysis and processing in an office environment preferred.

* Oversee month end inventory calculation and ensure accuracy of physical counts, pricing and related worksheets
* Oversee all hotel cash handling operations and procedures
* Ensure compliance with SOX compliance requirements
* Oversee daily & monthly reconciliation of sales & occupancy tax requirements
* Oversee Accounts Payable invoices, verifying accuracy of coding
* Assist in creating and implementing internal audit SOPs and standards
* Perform Accounts Receivable functions including proper credit approval, review of aging and follow-up with OPS VP

Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.

The License and Permits Analyst will report to the Director of Compliance and act as a liaison between property managers, local jurisdictional personnel, and the License & Permits group.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate and coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain permits and licenses for new location acquisitions -- with a significant focus on procuring Alcoholic Beverage Licenses
* Process the annual renewals of licenses and permits including food permits, hotel permits, vehicle registrations, business licenses, occupational tax licenses, elevators permits, etc.
* Maintain a vast working knowledge of statutory requirements in multiple jurisdictions across all 50 states
* Work closely with outside Liquor Counsel on various transitions as needed
* Track and maintain permit listings for all locations
* Assist transition team with various acquisition items
* Prepare necessary documents required for vehicle titling and other permitting processes
* Performs various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Education and Experience:
* Minimum of a High School Education
* Prior experience in Compliance, License & Permits, or other related field a plus
* Vehicle Titling Experience Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Extremely detail-oriented
* Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, self-direct and self-pace
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
Refreshes drinks
Assists with bussing tables
Perform various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School education
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
Food safety certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
