SUMMARY
The Material Handler is responsible for locating and putting bundled raw stock into inventory, panning raw bar stock for distribution, stock consolidations, and returning restock material to inventory. Material Handlers are also responsible for the transportation, stocking, and staging of manufacturing raw and processed inventory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Move raw material into inventory once receiving is complete.
* Consolidate material in pan, rack, and arm locations to make space available for new inventory.
* Assist with unloading incoming raw material.
* Return and restock material to inventory.
* Systematically ship product using company application software.
* Assist in disposal and stocking of non-inventoried items; including cardboard, trash, and scrap material of red rack items dispositioned as scrap.
* Provide material requirements to Manufacturing team
* Perform duties involving the use of mobile mechanical equipment, including forklifts.
* Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
* Use a computer/electronic equipment to perform data entry.
* Must be able to interact in-person with coworkers and the public, in a collaborative team environment.
* Must be able to handle high stress situations.

SUMMARY
The Extrusion Saw Operator is responsible for cutting, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Utilizing machinery for the transfer and cutting of material.
* Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
* Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items.
* Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to packing station.
* Mark materials with identifying information.
* Retrieve material and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
* Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
* Safely execute loading and unloading in restricted spaces.
* Must be able to apply mathematical concepts in order to: read a tape measure and calipers, comprehend decimals and fractions, among other calculations.
* Must have working knowledge of using and understanding feeler gauges for the squaring blocks
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CNC setup, or related experience (required)
Prior Haas, Mazak, and Fanuc control experience (required)
Certificate and/or training from a technical school with a focus in CNC (preferred)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Familiarity with reading G-Code.
Working ability to read blueprints and a general understanding of GD&T.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Routinely required to stand and walk; use hands to handle and feel; reach with arms and hands; as well as climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Routinely performs repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, lifting and pulling

The Extrusion Saw Operator is responsible for cutting, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Utilizing machinery for the transfer and cutting of material.
Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to packing station.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Retrieve material and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

The Material Handler is responsible for locating and putting bundled raw stock into inventory, panning raw bar stock for distribution, stock consolidations, and returning restock material to inventory. Material Handlers are also responsible for the transportation, stocking, and staging of manufacturing raw and processed inventory.

SUMMARY
The Non-ferrous Material Handler is responsible for sorting, processing and storing by transporting material to its designated location by size, type, condition, color and/or other characteristics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Ability to utilize given tools and equipment to segregate metals.
* Ability to obtain and maintain required equipment licenses.
* Operates warehouse equipment including but not limited to forklift, skid steer, material handler, wheel loader, excavator, switch tractor or shaker table.
* Comply with all safety policies, regulations, and procedures.
* Perform daily inspection on assigned equipment.
* Ensure inbound material meets Schupan specifications.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
* Work extended work hours and weekends, as directed.
* Work in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
* Ensure cleanliness and order within the facility.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-6 months prior experience working in an industrial setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Be able to walk up and down stairs
Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
Must be able to enter and exit industrial equipment
