Coordinate with the direct supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors. Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the direct supervisor. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community. Work directly with leadership to ensure general work orders are completed in a timely fashion. Accurately complete records in Rent Manager regarding service requests, preventative maintenance, and meter readings. Perform metered utilities work as required, including inspection duties, repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response. Perform electrical and plumbing work as required.
