About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Patient Safety and Activities Companion to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. Encourages patient interaction and stimulation. * Assists with patient ambulation. * Provides assistance with food and nutrition. * Assists RNs and PCAs with daily hygiene. * Utilizes appropriate communication techniques. Observes and reports patient status changes and unsafe situations to members of the care team. * Interacts with patient family members to share appropriate information and respond to any concerns and complaints raised.
