SUMMARY Nature's Way is seeking a high-impact Senior Director of Ecommerce to lead the next chapter of our digital growth. This strategic leader will reimagine how we serve our customers online, unlocking new, high-impact opportunities that elevate the shopper experience and drive profitable partnerships with key e-tailers. With a sharp eye for innovation and a deep commitment to customer-centric value creation, this role will shape and execute winning business plans that fuel sustainable growth for our company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategic Leadership * Own the P&L for the consumer e-commerce channel and, in conjunction with the VP of Marketing, develop and deliver the annual budget for this channel. * Responsible for the personnel directly accountable for DTC activity, Amazon, and other "pure play" e-commerce partners. * Define and execute the vision and growth strategy for Nature's Way's ecommerce business-the largest contributor to total company revenue. * Champion a customer-first mindset while driving innovation, profitability, and long-term value creation across digital channels. Retail Excellence * Deliver category-leading growth with top pure-play e-tailers including Amazon, iHerb, and Vitacost. * Develop and implement compelling go-to-market strategies encompassing new product launches, trade investment plans, and pack architecture. * Lead forecasting efforts and contribute to product innovation, brand planning, and strategic initiatives. * Manage high-impact customer negotiations and optimize trade spend. * Refine assortment strategies to reduce channel conflict and maximize performance. Performance Media Optimization * Direct and manage the key activities for the company's assigned digital agencies and partnerships, holding all accountable for annual KPIs. * Own the investment strategy across search and display media for key platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, etc.). * Drive conversion and revenue through a rigorous test-and-learn approach. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance share of voice, market penetration, and sales velocity. Direct-to-Consumer Integration * Oversee the strategic evolution of Nature's Way's DTC platforms (naturesway.com and integrativepro.com). * Define channel roles, assortment strategies, tactical execution, and performance KPIs. * Harness first-party data insights to inform broader brand and business strategies. Data & Analytics Strategy * Lead the development of a unified e-tail data integration framework to align KPIs and optimize performance across channels. * Build strategies to target high-value audiences, strengthen loyalty, and improve retention. * Partner with the Business Insights team to standardize ecommerce reporting and enable data-driven decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS * * Bachelor's degree required - IT, marketing, business/commerce, or other related field. Preferred postgraduate (MBA) * 10+ years in CPG with 5+ in ecommerce leadership roles: Has experience with a variety of customers and channels but most importantly, recent experience with Amazon and DTC. Ideally has driven results in omnichannel environments and has served in internal- as well as external-facing roles. * Strong initiative, collaboration, multi-tasking, high energy, communication skills, fast-paced * Demonstrated success in eCommerce market, project management, influencing skills and analytics All benefits are effective on day 1 of employment. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for pricing, product positioning, sales forecasting, competitive analysis, marketing liaison, new product communication, channel training and trade spending management and process development.
