This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal service. The Line Cook maintains a clean and organized workstation, adheres to food safety standards, and contributes to a positive kitchen culture. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces. Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef. Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.
