Repair welds to meet German DIN and AWS D.1.1 standards, including field welding

Operate barcode scanner and computer systems for tracking labor and work instructions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Technical degree in Welding required
Must pass Schwing America welding tests and maintain certification through periodic Quality Control testing
AWS D.1.1 certification required
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable using computers to access work instructions and track labor
Must pass annual Jager Eye examination

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating tasks for new requests or feature exploration with set priorities in the task management system as well as communicating the deadlines effectively

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The Selection Process:
Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November.
