Harry Strauss Zelnick (born June 26, 1957) is an American businessman. Born in Boston and raised in South Orange, New Jersey, he attended Columbia High School, Wesleyan University, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Law School. He is the founder, chief executive officer (CEO), and managing partner of private equity firm ZMC, the chairman and CEO of video game company Take-Two Interactive, and the former chairman of media conglomerate CBS Corporation.

A lifelong entrepreneur. I have a passion for starting and growing companies. While the techology services space has seen my most significant efforts (RBA, BORN and Scorecast), I have also owned and operated Golf courses, developed real estate, lodging projects and dabble with producing entertainment events . Currently, I focus most of my time leading RBA, an award-winning digital technology consultancy located in Wayzata, Minnesota. I am also the Founder and owner of Boatworks II Development Company and RB Productions. I am passionate about attracting, motivating and retaining very talented people by creating a culture of Challenge, Opportunity, Reward and FUN.

Mr. Joubran began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Following his role at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Joubran built and managed the eBusiness practice of NDC Group, subsequently known as Xpedior. Mr. Joubran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from George Mason University. He is an active distance runner and triathlete who has completed six Ironman distance triathlons and numerous marathons and ultra-marathons. Mr. Joubran lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and their two children.
