Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS) * Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule * Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project and MS Excel * Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel * Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders * Provide timely and quality analysis of contractor reported cost and schedule data from the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) in accordance with Cost Department processes and toolkits to support project management decision making, producing stoplight and analytical reports * Produce independent Government Estimates at Completion (EACs), Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) * Provide earned value and schedule input to the Interim Performance Assessment Reviews (IPARS), Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS), Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), and Program Management Reviews (PMR) * Support NAVAIR program(s) or competency organization(s) throughout the project lifecycle by providing schedule and earned value products Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS degree with 4+ years relevant experience; OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of relevant experience * Minimum of 4 years of experience with networked schedule development, maintenance, and analysis using critical path method, baselines, and status (i.e., milestones, tasks, duration, and lead/lag) * Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word * Experience using Earned Value Management (EVMS) tools and methodologies (ex., Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, Confluence, Primavera P6) Preferred Qualifications: * A master's degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, business, management, or engineering * Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI * Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes * Experience with technical program management support Physical Requirements: * Tasking is primarily computer based. * The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC * Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS) * Must be able to travel CONUS up to 10% Clearance Requirements: * Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret security clearance to start MANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
