Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or 10+ years of experience in RF systems integration, testing, or requirement validation.
Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting in DoD or classified program environments.
Familiarity with tactical RF systems functions and integration challenges Strong understanding of test processes across development, integration, and operational phases.
Experience with lab, ground, open-air, and flight testing of RF/EW systems Ability to TDY up to 20% Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
Desired Experience with MOSA best practices and Open System Architecture integration Background in digital engineering, MBSE, or test automation tools.
Experience supporting AFLCMC or platform PMOs.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.
