SAIC is seeking a qualified Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Planner and Analyst at Naval Warfare Development Center (NWDC), Norfolk, VA. The individual in this position will provide subject matter expertise (SME) and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Planner support to train Navy Fleet HQ staffs in Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) for command and control (C2) of operations at the Operational Level of War (OLW). The ideal candidate must have naval operational experience and knowledge related to the way M&S enables Navy training systems to support areas including, but not limited to the following areas\: Operations, Plans, Fires, Intelligence, Protection, Air and Missile Defense, Logistics, C2 Systems, Information Operations, Cyber Operations, Space Operations, Air Warfare, and Anti-Submarine Warfare. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience developing, designing, and executing exercise events at the high-tactical or operational-level of warfare, including familiarity with joint and maritime HQ tasks simulating real-world operations.
