Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
* 8 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with progressive responsibilities and experience in: Production planning and scheduling, Inventory management, Supply chain management, Quality control, and Team management and leadership.
* Experience in a related industry: Such as marine, aerospace, or automotive.
* Experience with manufacturing software: Such as ERP, MRP, or MES systems.

Perform cable fabrication work for multiple government projects.

Required Education and Experience:
Education\: High School diploma or GED. Formal electronics training from\: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors.
Experience: experience with electronics repair, maintenance, and checkout.
