Familiarity with spectrum management tools and NTIA/DoD frequency coordination processes. Proficiency in test instrumentation (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators). Familiarity with modeling & simulation tools (e.g., OPNET, MATLAB, STK). Experience with automated test tools and data visualization software (e.g., Python, R, Power BI). Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP), Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), or DAWIA Test & Evaluation Level II/III certification. Security+ or CISSP certification. Experience coordinating with PMOs, PEOs, and operational stakeholders. Ability to manage test schedules, resources, and risk. PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
