SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. While this role is 100% remote, priority will be given to East Coast candidates. The Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive systems engineering and testing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and representing the engineering domain to our customers. The role involves managing engineering and test events, analyzing results, and publishing detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement systems engineering and testing documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Software/Integration, Cyber, PM, CM, and Logistics. Represent the Systems Engineering and Testing domains to customers. Manage and oversee engineering and test events, including creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Procedures, and Test Reports. Analyze engineering and test results and publish detailed reports. Develop test plans mapped to requirements and operational use cases. Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to plan and execute tests. Report the status of engineering and testing activities to sponsors. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems engineering, test and evaluation, or related fields.
