No yearly/mid-year assessments to fill out. Management allows you to be an adult and manage your time and responsibilities, dependent on contract of course. Really talented people. Do your job and go home, no extra.
Not a lot of diversity.
Excellent pay.
Laid back staff, good team lead.
Not good communication among employees. Conditions in the lab are not the best. (Temperature, Internet Connection noise etc..)
