Government contract careers can be limited to five years or less!

401k thru Vanguard but watch out any investments that are not vested get lost before you turn 59 1/2!!

How did you prepare for the SAIC interview?

Took four months to get an interview date. Bought a $300 suit and my smile!

meeting people of different color, the environment was very adaptable even though it was blazing hot. interacted with people who spoke different languages to mine.

Pros of working at SAIC

No yearly/mid-year assessments to fill out. Management allows you to be an adult and manage your time and responsibilities, dependent on contract of course. Really talented people. Do your job and go home, no extra.

Laid back staff, good team lead.

Not good communication among employees. Conditions in the lab are not the best. (Temperature, Internet Connection noise etc..)
