    Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Facility Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide senior-level technical leadership and integration support for U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) facility modernization efforts. This role serves as the primary technical authority bridging civil construction, secure facility requirements, and mission IT infrastructure, ensuring physical spaces are purpose-built to support modern Command and Control (C2) operations. The Facility Infrastructure SME will ensure that telecommunications rooms, SCIFs, SAP-F spaces, and mission support areas are designed and executed in accordance with DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards, while supporting high-density power, cooling, and fiber-optic infrastructure required for mission systems. The candidate will design, deploy, and administer scalable virtualization solutions that enable rapid seat activation, centralized resource management, and secure access to mission systems. This role works closely with network, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and facility teams to ensure virtual environments are resilient, compliant, and operationally effective across multiple facilities and mission sites.
