As part of the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), this role is essential to ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of mission-critical Salesforce applications for DoD clients. Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce CRM platforms

Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems
Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues

SAIC is seeking a Quantum Network Scientist to join our team in North Charleston, SC. This is a hybrid remote role and will require the ideal candidate to be local to the North Charleston, SC area.
The Quantum Network Scientist will have specialized experience (> 1 year) in at least one of the following areas.
Optical Quantum Metrology: Optical quantum metrology encompasses the generation, detection, characterization, and verification of quantum states of light, including the use of quantum entanglement to enhance sensitivity compared to classical methods. Detection methods include cutting-edge single-photon sources and state-of-the-art (photon-number resolving) single-photon detectors to investigate fundamental aspects of optical quantum metrology. Optical Quantum Metrology includes developing measurement protocols and characterization tools for single-photon sources, detectors, and components. It also includes protocols used for applications such as entanglement distribution in quantum networks, synchronization of distant quantum network nodes, quantum component characterization and quantum-enhanced measurements using exotic and non-Gaussian quantum states of light.
Quantum Enabled Optical Communications: Quantum enabled optical communications includes the implementation of quantum information science, quantum measurement science and quantum state detection to experimentally implement quantum-enabled classical and quantum optical communication links over fiber and free-space channels. While quantum key distribution (QKD) is included in this definition, it is not the focus of the desired position and experience in using quantum optical effects to create hybrid classical and quantum networks is preferred.
Quantum Networks: Quantum networking includes research and development to optimize performance (losses, synchronization, entanglement distribution management, noise, etc.) to facilitate quantum optical networks across a fiber and free-space testbed. It includes the study of quantum (qubit) systems, such as entangled photon sources, detectors, memories, interfaces, and their performance in a real life heterogenized quantum network. Typical Responsibilities:
Significant interface with Program Managers, Senior Technical Staff as well as other functional organizations including Finance, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Program Accounting.
Participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.
Preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), Monthly Status Reports, Contract Status Reports, Cost Reports and Estimates-At-Complete (EACs).
Administer and track the progress of contracts from award to contract closeout to include contract set-up, billing including cash flow analysis and reporting.

Review and monitor contract funding and expenditures.
Prepare accruals and perform month end activities.

Ability to build and maintain bottom's up estimate at completions on all project types, meet deadlines for submissions, certifications and provide management with ongoing status of EACs and detailed budgets as contractually required.
Ensures adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley and all corporate policies and procedures as they relate to contract performance and financials.
Submitting and maintaining purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor's cost and review/approve of invoices.

The Risk Management Framework (RMF) Analyst plays a critical role in obtaining and maintaining authorization of core infrastructure systems managed by Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS). Required Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED; Formal electronics training from\: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include\: Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors
Four (4) years of practical experience, to include\: electronics repair, maintenance and checkout. One (1) year of practical experience in electronics installation. Experience may be achieved simultaneously
Required Security Clearance:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Task Specific Duties:
Ability to use power tools to include Miter Saw, Drills, Pneumatic Panel saw, Band saw, and Pneumatic Rivet tool
80% +/- of work tasks performed will require use of basic mechanical hand tools to perform your work function, specialty tools will be 20%+/- of your work
This role requires limited troubleshooting as installations and integrations are performed with new components within a stable production environment
Ability to single lift up to 60lbs and team lift up to 170lbs
Understand Drawings and Schematics. Ability to construct sub-assemblies using those as references

Performing vulnerability scans of the system and reviewing on a weekly basis
Coordinating among stakeholders, including Security Engineers, Network Administrators, System Administrators, Information Assurance Managers (IAMs) / Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs), certification authorities, accreditation authorities (and representatives), program managers, vendors, etc., necessary to properly identify, document, mitigate, and manage risk attributed to the target system, network, and/or application
Identifying, developing (either directly, or in coordination with applicable experts), and incorporating common artifacts found in an RMF accreditation package, e.g., system architecture and boundaries, hardware and software inventories, risk assessment reports, POA&Ms, data flows, and other necessary system, network, and application documentation
Using vulnerability scanning and assessment tools (e.g., ACAS/HBSS) necessary to identify and document compliance
Designing, implementing and hardening virtualization solutions, including the hypervisor, storage, management and virtual networking components
Working primarily in a secured lab space, where the majority of work must be performed to support this tasking

Requirements
Must have one of the following security certifications: GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP
Minimum of a Secret security clearance to start, and will require a Top Secret to be obtained after on-boarding
Position requires SIPR NMCI access as well as access to multiple restricted areas.
Eight (8) years of experience in relevant technical field, to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C5ISR requirements
Desired Skills
Knowledgeable with Network Perimeter Defense and Information Assurance (IA) systems
Basic knowledge of IP networking and protocols
Solid working knowledge of DoD Virtual Hosting requirements, vendor recommended best practices and engineering solutions to tailor to DOD requirements
Understanding of how to design, develop, install, implement and troubleshoot custom VMware solutions
