Scheduled Hours 4 The laboratories of Dr. Andrew Huang and Dr. Qin Liu are seeking a motivated Staff Scientist to join a highly collaborative team with the WashU Department of Ophthalmology and the WashU Pain Center. The successful candidate will be passionate about understanding the sensory biology in the cornea, and the cross talk between neurons and corneal cells in disease and wound healing. Brown Center on plants for food, including agrobiodiversity, crop wild relatives and wild utilized plants, and their role in global food security. Building on background in agrobiodiversity, ethnobotany, plant systematics, taxonomy, or related fields, the scientist will leverage MBG's strengths and build new initiatives to advance science in support of the WLBC mission to understand the relationships between humans, plants, and their environment.
