The Cox Lab uses spatial and single-cell genomics, imaging, and molecular biology to uncover the spatial organization of genes in plants, with a core objective of unraveling the communication mechanisms within plant cells. The successful candidate will be a creative, critical thinking individual that will conduct transcriptomics experiments and techniques, as well as data analysis for this project. Designs research protocols. Assists in developing and conducting research projects, including experiment design, data analysis and documentation of experiment results.
