They have new management now and the new people that they have they fire people for no reason and never post jobs they have thier agenda.
The worst is the New people they hire to manage the kitchen etc., They are bias against people of color and they let everyone GO... for no reason then they hire thier own people with out advertising the job. POOR POOR general manager, chef and are firing people like crazy and they talk to people like trash!!! They tell people that they quit and the BOARD MEMBERS HAVE NO CLUE THAT EVERYONE IS GETTING FIRED. they are spending more money... WOW... Been there for years -- horrible horrible EMPLOYERS BEWARE!!

I FOUND a new job now and I am being treated with respect, although I moved out of state.. But they treat us all with respect. something that their managements do not have. NO PROFESSIONALISM in Scioto Country club ... Slavery is over don't you agree??
When I started it was the best place to work, now CEO wants to cut back and not knowing they are losing good people. There food industry in this club was the best before now they have NEW people that do not know how to run and spending money by throwing food in garbage cans.
