What you will do in this role:
Put your physical therapy skills to work where they're really needed -evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better, day by day. You'll also instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-5 and GS-7 $40,332 - $109,952 per year
Locality pay varies by duty location.Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary. Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency. Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional and ROTH 401(k) offering.

Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
· Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older.
· Experience & Training:
· External Candidates: 12 + months restaurant management experience required. Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred, but not required.
· Internal Candidates: 6+ months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer.
· All candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations. In addition, all candidates must have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise.

What Do We Do?
As Assistant Manager, you are a vital member of the management team who is also learning and developing essential management skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli's Restaurant. In order to fulfill this important role successfully you will need the following:
Leadership: The ability to work with and through others to accomplish goals.
